VFW Legal Video is experienced in capturing and communicating depositions through the use of video, audio and graphic images. Today's courts are overwhelmed. So to expedite cases, depositions are now held in remote locations where the deponent, attorney, court reporter and legal videographer record the testimony by following the Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 30(b)(4) and the Federal Rules of Evidence so that the testimony can be entered into a court of law. If the case goes to court, the video can be played back in front of a judge and jury. When attempting to settle a case, it is imperative to produce a "Day-in-the-Life" video or a "Settlement Video" to convince the opposition that they cannot win the case in a court of law, thereby encouraging a settlement of the case.
